Cliniqon Biotech started the New Year with an extensive “Life Long Experience” Training program for its team.
The program commenced on January 2nd and concluded on January 19th, 2025. The “Unit Training,” organized by the QLE Team (Quality Leadership towards Excellence).
The primary objective of the “Unit Training” program is to deliver Activity Based Training and Adventure Based Training designed to strengthen skills in driving Quality Leadership towards Excellence within their respective job roles. By equipping employees with the necessary tools and knowledge, the training aims to empower them to contribute effectively towards achieving the company’s strategic goals and objectives. Through hands-on activities and experiential learning, participants will develop key leadership competencies and behaviors essential for success in their roles and overall organizational success.
